Why I Started Kopion
Like many families, I experienced firsthand how overwhelming it can be to help a loved one transition to senior living. The options felt endless, the decisions felt urgent, and the emotional weight was real. I wished there had been someone to guide us — someone who knew the communities, understood the process, and genuinely cared about getting it right.
That experience is what led me to become a senior living transition adviser. I wanted to be the person I wished our family had. Someone who listens first, who takes the time to understand what matters most, and who walks alongside families every step of the way.
Kopion Senior Transitions was founded to serve the Delmarva peninsula — the communities of Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia that I know and love. This is my home, and the families I serve are my neighbors. That personal connection shapes everything about how I work.
